R&D Center Management - Budget Specialist

What You Can Expect:

  • Responsibility for budget planning of R&D Truck departments located in Turkey with the perspective of checking available capacity in those teams by consolidating project scopes and timeline.
  • Responsibility for R&D incentives for both R&D centers in Istanbul and Aksaray. In this context; preparing of monthly R&D working hour reports by complying with R&D laws, creating of the extensive annual R&D activity reports for the Ministry of Industry and Technology and organizing Ministry Audits.
  • Providing all R&D budget targets for R&D teams including labor costs and material costs for planning periods (1.EA, 2.EA) and monitoring them by securing the deadlines for internal and external partners.
  • Supporting R&D L4s in operational level regarding team budget planning and issuing purchase and arranging budget transparency to related L4s in Germany and Turkey for increasing planning quality of Headcount and Expenditure. 
  • Preparing monthly invoices by oberserving strict deadlines and communicating all contentwise detail with both Customers and Accounting. 
     

That’s Why You Are a Match:

  • Completed B.Sc. in business administration, finance or engineering. 
  • Comprehensive knowledge of accounting, controlling, development systems and processes & Hands-on knowledge in controlling tools e.g. SAP systems
  • Experience on project management and technical expertise in company internal processes
  • Fluent language skills in English. German would be an asset
  • Advanced coordination, organization and communication skills
  • Flexible, self-initiative, motivated and distinct ability to work in a team
