What you can expect

• Design and develop bus interior components with function, material, and cost in mind.
• Work on customer-specific requests for our low- and raised-floor buses.
• Collaborate with international teams in Istanbul, Mannheim, and Neu-Ulm.
• Evaluate and optimize design ideas and technical change requests.
• Support supplier visits and cross-location development projects.
• Gain hands-on exposure to innovative bus technologies.

That’s why you are a match  

Required  

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSc/MSc/Dipl.-Ing.).
• Proven experience in the design and development of vehicle interior components, including ceiling systems, glazing systems, and interior plastic parts.
• Proficiency in Siemens NX CAD, SAP, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work effectively in an international environment.
• Good communication skills in English and/or German, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel when required.

Nice to Have

• Specialization in vehicle technology or construction.
• Experience with customer-specific projects in the automotive industry.
• Familiarity with international, cross-location teamwork.
• Passion for sustainable mobility and innovative design.
