What You Can Expect:

• Mechanical maintenance, repair and operation of all buildings and production processes at the Hoşdere bus production location,
• Operation of heating, cooling, compressed air, fire mechanical installation systems, monitoring of the commissioning of new projects,
• Managing of ground transportation vehicles (tow trucks etc.) and general material moving systems (AS-RS, conveyors, lifts etc.)
• Managing incidental and periodic maintenance processes of all kinds of equipment belonging to mechanical moving systems and installations (fire, water, etc.) throughout the factory,
• Operation of boiler room, compressed air production center, chilled water production systems and monitoring of malfunction processes,
• Approval of the commissioning of the mechanical scopes (moving systems, installations, etc.) of newly constructed buildings in Hoşdere and subsequent follow-up of their operation and maintenance,
• Having expertise in mechanical scopes in complex paint shop processes, KTL facilities, cover coating and bonding building,
• Coordinating and monitoring subcontractor employees within the scope of the work carried out, communicating directly with the production, quality, logistics, bus and truck development, purchasing, departments in the Hoşdere location and representing the department,

That’s Why You Are a Match:

• Graduated from relevant Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering departments of Universities
• At least 5 years of experience in the industry
• Experience with production and facilities maintenance
• Experience with  mechanical installations, HVAC systems, fire regulations
• Having a 50001 energy audit certificate or having worked on these issues
• Using SAP CFP module and mastering order processes,
• Completed military service for male candidates
• Fluency in English and/or German required
• Having leadership qualities, prone to teamwork, successful in communication and human relations,
• Able to think analytically and creatively, master details, exercise initiative and assume responsibility,
• Performs problem solving, decision making, time handling and conflicts managing abilities.
