What you can expect

• Ensure compliance with OHS legislation, internal procedures, and corporate standards.
• Conduct risk assessments and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
• Perform regular field inspections to identify unsafe conditions and behaviors.
• Support incident investigations and contribute to root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, maintenance, facility management, corporate security).
• Support audits (e.g., ISO 45001, RSCI) and ensure timely closure of findings.
• Contribute to safety trainings and awareness activities.
• Utilize digital safety tools (e.g., ISGPro, Intenseye) for reporting and monitoring.
• Support contractor and visitor safety management processes.Design and develop bus body and exterior components with function, material, and cost in mind.

That’s why you are a match

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Chemical, Environment) or a related field.
• Certified Occupational Health & Safety Specialist (Class A).
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in OHS, preferably in automotive industry
• Strong knowledge of Turkish OHS legislation and international standards (e.g., ISO 45001).
• Hands-on experience with audits, inspections, and corrective/preventive action tracking.
• Familiarity with digital OHS tools and systems (e.g. ISGPro, safety reporting platforms, or similar).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage employees at all levels.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to perform regular fieldwork in production areas.

Nice to Have

• Strong interest in safety culture development and continuous improvement
• Familarity to KPI based tracking system
• Familiarity with cross-location teamwork.
