What you can expect
- Ensure compliance with OHS legislation, internal procedures, and corporate standards.
- Conduct risk assessments and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
- Perform regular field inspections to identify unsafe conditions and behaviors.
- Support incident investigations and contribute to root cause analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, maintenance, facility management, corporate security).
- Support audits (e.g., ISO 45001, RSCI) and ensure timely closure of findings.
- Contribute to safety trainings and awareness activities.
- Utilize digital safety tools (e.g., ISGPro, Intenseye) for reporting and monitoring.
- Support contractor and visitor safety management processes.Design and develop bus body and exterior components with function, material, and cost in mind.
That’s why you are a match
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Chemical, Environment) or a related field.
- Certified Occupational Health & Safety Specialist (Class A).
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in OHS, preferably in automotive industry
- Strong knowledge of Turkish OHS legislation and international standards (e.g., ISO 45001).
- Hands-on experience with audits, inspections, and corrective/preventive action tracking.
- Familiarity with digital OHS tools and systems (e.g. ISGPro, safety reporting platforms, or similar).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage employees at all levels.
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to perform regular fieldwork in production areas.

- Familarity to KPI based tracking system
- Familiarity with cross-location teamwork.
