We’re looking for talented individuals who want to keep the world moving and offer you the chance to become a member of Procurement Shared Service Center based in Istanbul but delivering services to Buyers globally. Come and join us!

 

In this role you will

  • Work in close collaboration with procurement departments in Europe & Turkey and support buyers throughout procurement chain from sourcing till contracting
  • Be responsible for maintaining supplier master data in procurement related systems
  • Support the creation and modification of request for quotations (RfQ)
  • Ensure regular tracking of RfQ and on time responses/offers from suppliers & create documents for awarding decision
  • Prepare supply agreements & support inventory activities for toolings
  • Create purchase orders & new contracts or adjust them depending on market/price developments
  • Prepare data analysis for evaluation and execution of procurement tasks
  • Collaborate with all stakeholders regarding business policy and process optimization.

  • Have completed an university degree in Engineering or Business Administration or related studies
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English
  • Practice MS Office applications in advanced level
