In this role you will

1) Procurement Qualification Coordination

• Coordinate and manage annual training programs and ensure they align with business needs and strategic goals
• Assess training needs in collaboration with Procurement management and global training teams; ensure training programs are delivered on time
• Collaborate with trainers and other internal/external teams (e.g. HR, Legal, Import, Sales)
• Track progress for new employees, ensuring they follow the training roadmap and complete required courses
• Report on training progress and escalate issues or delays as needed
• Maintain the signature authority circular in collaboration with the Legal department.

2) Global Procurement Documentation System Management

• Serve as the primary author for procurement-related documents, ensuring up-to-date and accurate documentation
• Collaborate with global procurement teams to manage updates and reviews of documents
• Maintain and optimize processes and data quality, ensuring that process owners and stakeholders are documented
• Communicate process changes and innovations, ensuring training is provided when necessary
• Participate in projects to improve procurement processes and manage global/local initiatives
• Conduct system audits, implement improvements, and ensure system data quality is maintained.

• Have completed an university degree in Engineering or Business Administration or related studies
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English
• Practice MS Office applications in advanced level
• Are a team player with strong coordination skills, growth mindset and a hands-on attitude
• Bring solution-oriented approach to our customers.
