What You Can Expect:

• Production Support: Carry out production support activities within the framework of quality, delivery, efficiency, and occupational safety objectives. Actively participate in departmental Shop Floor Management System (SFM) and Bus Operating System (BOS) activities.
• Project Involvement: Represent the department in special groups, new product projects, and other project activities Process analysis and design, as well as determining the requirements in the specialist departments
• Moderate, monitor, and report on SFM for daily critical issues.
• Digital Transformation: Actively participate in digital transformation projects in production.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure seamless integration and implementation.
• SAP Key User Responsibilities: Serve as the SAP Key User, ensuring necessary follow-up and coordination with relevant units. Address and resolve IT-related issues effectively.
• Workforce and Productivity Management: Conduct workforce and productivity calculations. Monitor and manage budget allocations.
• Process Improvement: Initiate and implement studies and applications for the improvement of production processes. Ensure effective coordination with relevant departments for process enhancements.
• Quality, Environment, and Health and Safety Management System Coordination: Coordinate and maintain the Quality, Environment, and Health and Safety Management Systems. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify and address any issues.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement in quality, environmental, and health and safety practices.

That’s Why You Are a Match:

• University degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical-Electronics, Industrial Engineering, or Material Engineering.
• Preferably with work experience in Production, Production Technologies, Job Preparation, Development, and Quality departments.
• Excellent command of written and spoken German and/or English.
• Demonstrated leadership behaviors with strong presentation skills and human relations.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office and a keen interest in digitalization.
• Experience with Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to take responsibility and initiative.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on continuous development.
• Ability to work actively in dynamic and interdisciplinary project teams.
• Experience in coordinating Quality, Environment, and Health and Safety Management Systems is a plus.
