What you can expect

• Take an active role in Seats Production and Vehicle Finishing (Final Assembly & Final Paint) operations, ensuring quality, delivery, and efficiency targets are met.
• Support and drive SFM (Shopfloor Management) and BOS (Bus Operating System) activities on the shopfloor.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.
• Monitor and analyze production KPIs, and contribute to workforce planning and performance tracking via SAP.
• Coordinate and follow up on technical topics, change requests, and shopfloor-related improvement projects.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (quality, logistics, planning, maintenance).
• Contribute to digitalization and continuous improvement initiatives in production.
• Gain hands-on experience in bus production processes and industrial operations.

That’s why you are a match

Required

• Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, or related Engineering fields.
• Initial experience or strong interest in production, manufacturing processes, or shopfloor operations.
• Knowledge of production systems, continuous improvement, or lean principles is a plus.
• Familiarity with SAP and MS Office tools, and experience in data visualization and dashboarding (e.g. Power BI) or strong willingness to develop in this area.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a dynamic production environment.
• Proficiency in English and/or German.
• Willingness to take responsibility and work hands-on on the shopfloor.

Nice to Have

• Experience in production, manufacturing processes, or shopfloor operations, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Familiarity with SFM, BOS, or lean / continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience working in cross-functional and international teams.
• Basic understanding of vehicle production processes, especially in assembly, paint, or finishing operations.
• Interest in digitalization, data analysis, and production optimization (e.g. Power BI or similar tools).
• Passion for sustainable mobility and driving continuous improvement in production environments.
