What You Can Expect:

• Constructive development and support for Bus unit / Development- Interior
• Joining Agile Teams for new zero-emission class 3 vehicle concepts
• Participation in project groups for the development of new vehicle concepts and independent processing of work packages in various projects.
• Oversee/supervise parts from concept phase until release, later also during product usage phase
• Collaboration with all responsible departments in Turkey and Germany (especially Development, Test, Konsept Team, Production, Sales, Purchasing, Controlling, Supply Chain Management, Legal, etc.)
• Developing system part concepts for Interior considering a large number of internal and external requirements and functions as e.g. legal and internal regulations. Implementing functional requirements into suitable material and component requirements for parts and their development

That’s Why You Are a Match:

• Expertise or experience in the design of vehicle interiors. Knowledge of tool technology, plastics technology and manufacturing technology is an advantage.
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent (BSc./MSc.). Specialization in vehicle technology/construction is an advantage.Full professional proficiency in German or English written and spoken
• Proficient with CAD-Systems (NX, Catia V5, etc.)
• Ability to work, cooperate and adapt in a team, expertise in methods, assertiveness, ability to act in a determined manner and advanced analytical skills, no travel restrictions, completed military service for male applicants is an asset
• Intercultural communication and coordination skills
