Join our innovative team as an experienced, passionate, and talented R&D engineer! In this role, you will: Collaborate closely with global R&D teams to create functional design concepts. Test and refine new designs. Improve our products and processes continuously. If you have a strong engineering background and a desire to innovate, we would love to meet you! 

What You Can Expect:

• Design the pneumatic system components considering customer needs, cost effectiveness, technical requirements, innovative solutions and improving the competitiveness of the company's products in target markets. Develop technical spec-books and validation plans for the components.
• Create detailed implementation plans and timelines
• Track all development steps from the initial idea to final implementation.
• Participate in global projects and collaborate with related departments in the global development network of Daimler Trucks (Germany, Brazil, China, etc.).
• Contribute to the development and implementation of electric vehicle projects, ensuring innovative solutions and technical excellence.

That’s Why You Are a Match:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics engineering
• Fluent in English and/or German 3+ years experience as an R&D engineer
• Knowledge and/or experience for pneumatic and brake systems Experience in 3D component design Proficiency in Siemens NX, Engineering Client, MS Office
• Knowledge of commercial vehicle, especially trucks is an asset
• Ability to work in a structured and agile manner, setting priorities effectively
• Advanced analytical and conceptual skills Strong team player capable of working with international teams
