What you can expect
- Definition and tracking of process optimization measures at suppliers until implementation (particularly quality, supply-chain and production processes)
- Planning, performing and reporting of audits according VDA and IATF
- Tracking and managing of new tools and new parts until final serial approval
- Leading and managing of supplier-development projects (new and existing suppliers)
- Optimizing of workflow at suppliers regarding MBT processes
That’s why you are a match
Required
- Engineering degree (mechanical, electric, welding, industry etc.)
- Fluent German (add. English is preferred)
- Computer skills (MS Office and SAP)
- Highly motivated and ready for teamwork
- No travel restriction
- Completed military task is preferred for male candidates
- Age of 25-35
- At least 5 years experience in production processes, supply chain, quality and audit standards
Nice to Have
- Quality Standards (IATF, VDA, ISO, APQP)
- Auditor (VDA 6.3 Process Audit)
- Experience in following production processes
- Polyurethane
- Plastic Injection
- Welding (MIG/MAG/TIG and others)
- Metal forming
- Plastic Vacuum
- Forging and Casting
- Rubber
