Bus Sales & Marketing - Planning & Reporting Coordinator

What You Can Expect:

  • Manage and coordinate all EA, BP, and SP sales planning processes in line with bus market trends.
  • Prepare production scenarios, sales forecasts, and analyses based on market developments.
  • Report monthly sales KPIs (market trends, sales, market share, stock, orders, etc.) and maintain statistical data, archives, and segment analyses.
  • Work extensively with numerical data, ensuring accuracy and consistency in high-level reports and presentations.
  • Actively participate in campaign preparation, including planning and execution.
  • Continuously analyze the impact of macroeconomic data on campaign and planning metrics, developing action plans as needed.
  • Provide ad-hoc reports and real-time information to internal departments/DTAG as required, continuously improving reporting to meet business needs.
  • Supply monthly data for sales dashboards and internal/DTAG systems.
  • Collaborate closely with Controlling on planning and analyzing net revenue, budgets, pricing, and sales campaigns.
  • Plan and report the department’s budget.
  • Perform monthly documentation of process controls within the scope of ICS activities.
  • Create presentations for various internal and DTAG management meetings.
  • Support the maintenance and development of sales management systems and dashboards.
  • Collaborate with the Quality Department on ISO 9001 & 14001 quality management system processes related to the Bus Sales and Marketing Directorate.
  • Serve as the SAP key user for the department; coordinate with IT and relevant units on process improvement, testing, and user support.

 

That’s Why You Are a Match 

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering, Business Administration, or Economics.
  • Strong analytical skills with a solid numerical aptitude.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
  • Strong skills in statistical analysis and working with large datasets.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills with a customer-focused and proactive mindset.
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and with international partners.
  • Experience in marketing campaign planning and execution is a plus.
  • Knowledge of internal control systems and process documentation.
  • Experience collaborating with IT teams for system improvements, testing, and user support.
  • Flexible, goal-oriented, and highly organized with strong time management skills.
  • Ability to manage complex situations and perform under pressure.
  • SAP knowledge (active use of SD, LO, and CF modules).
  • Fluency in English (German is a plus).
  • Excellent command of MS Office applications.
