Compliance Specialist Business Partner Integrity Management for Sales Business Partners and Supplier Due Diligence
At Group Compliance we are responsible for and shape the global orientation of the corporate governance approach for Daimler Truck AG as well as the design of the compliance management systems in the controlled entities worldwide.

The "Third Party Risk Management" (TPRM) team is responsible for checking the integrity of potential and existing sales business partners and suppliers of Daimler Truck worldwide. This check allows us to identify integrity concerns or potential violations of applicable national and international laws and internal regulations at an early stage and we can clarify them together with the business partner. The team makes a valuable contribution to reducing risks and avoiding reputational damage.

While the position is located in İstanbul, you will work closely with colleagues at Daimler Truck AG in Germany.
What you can expect:
- Initial evaluation of potential hits in the automated integrity check, which are determined on the business partner data and forward to the responsible sales / procurement departments
- Sample quality checks for Sales & Supplier Due Diligence
- Development of an overall quality management system and implementation of quality controls
- Develop optimization needs in quality testing
- Compliance advice / coordination of confirmed hits by external research provider
- Advice on the due diligence process / consultations
- Creation of work instructions for sales / procurement departments
- Support for the roll-out of the Third Party Risk Management application project internationally
- Creation of training documents and training of sales and procurement departments
- Improvement concepts for the further development of the Third Party Risk Management application
- User management of the Third Party Risk Management application
- Communication on social intranet channels on best practice and worldwide legal requirements
- Support in creating or revising reports/dashboards
That’s why you are a match:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree of business administration or economics, (business) law or related field
- Professional experience in central and operational functions, in compliance or risk management, legal, audit, sales or procurement
- Experience as a Local Compliance Officer is an advantage
- Knowledge of the sales structure of Trucks & Buses would be an advantage
- Affinity to IT topics and processes
- Independent way of working with a strong team orientation
- Ability to work in a global and international culture and create strong working relationships
- High communication and conflict resolution skills as well as a strong willingness to support the procurement and sales organization and the worldwide compliance network
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Proficient in written & spoken English, German optional
