Job Description

• Arrange and coordinate meeting schedules, agenda, organizations and etc.
• Organizing meetings
• Archiving, dealing and following up incoming emails, and other documents in due time
• Drafting and preparing requested documents
• Ensuring the coordination between director and other managers
• Coordination with the other Department Secretaries
• Arranging business travels and accommodation,
• Supporting IT office in other administrative tasks

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in related departments of universities
• Good command of written and spoken English, German is an asset
• Very good knowledge of MS Office applications
• Excellent Calendar Management, good planning & organizing skills
• Good communication skills with excellent self-discipline
