What You Can Expect:

The HR Communication and DEI Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing HR communication plans that enhance employee engagement and reinforce our organizational culture. This role has also a mission as a DEI representative of MBT and coordinating the DEI programs and initiatives, ensuring alignment with our business goals and values.

  • Develop and execute HR communication strategies to enhance employee experience and engagement,
  • Create and manage content for HR communication via online and offline channels, coordinate the relationships with agencies and other service providers,
  • Organize and facilitate communication activities, workshops, and events (e.g. Get Togethers with Directors, internal talks, seminars, Special Days, Diversity Week etc.),
  • Collaborate with global DEI team, HR and leadership teams to drive DEI initiatives, ensuring inclusivity in workplace policies and programs,
  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of DEI and communication initiatives, using data to recommend and implement improvements,
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR communication and DEI

 

That’s Why You Are a Match:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administraion, Social Sciences, Industrial Engineering or a related field,
  • Excellent command of English,
  • 3+ years of work experience (preferable in a similar role, communication, marketing, agency relationship management),
  • Experience in designing and implementing DEI strategies is plus,
  • Strong writing, storytelling, and content creation skills,
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders,
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively,
  • Proficiency in digital communication tools and platforms,
  • Ability to analyze data and generate insights to improve employee engagement and DEI efforts
