SSH Literature and S24h Manager

What You Can Expect:

 

S24h Operations:

  • Manage roadside assistance operations provided by MBT dealers and authorized service centers for Trucks and Buses.
  • Oversee service quality and customer satisfaction performance for all dealers and authorized service centers offering the S24h service, creating and implementing action plans as needed, and reporting on them.
  • Track the S24h KPIs of dealers and service centers in alignment with DTAG targets, and develop action plans where necessary.
  • Coordinate with the roadside assistance call center, monitoring its operations and performance.
  • Provide detailed information to call center and dealer staff regarding roadside assistance processes as required.
  • Monitor the budget related to call center claims.
  • Coordinate the SAT/SAS process.

Literature:

  • Responsible for the Turkish-language content of customer and workshop literature for the Truck and Bus product group.
  • Review and ensure the accuracy of documents translated from German to Turkish, facilitating their timely delivery to relevant departments.
  • Manage the translation process for repair and maintenance catalogs, spare parts information, and user manuals for new models from German to Turkish.
  • Ensure that these documents are available both digitally and in printed format.
  • Oversee the creation of the necessary legal user documentation to support the sale of Mercedes-Benz Trucks and Buses in Turkey.
  • Communicate and coordinate with external suppliers (e.g., printing houses, translation agencies).
  • Monitor the budget for literature production.
  • Coordinate the SAT/SAS process.

That’s Why You Are a Match

·  Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.

·  Fluency in German and English.

·  Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a proactive, innovative mindset.

·  Customer-focused, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

·  Proficient in MS Office, SAP, and translation/dictionary software (preferably).

·  Willingness to travel across all regions of Turkey.
