In this role, you will directly contribute to the global growth and operational excellence of the used trucks and buses business, an essential pillar of our overall mobility ecosystem.
Your work will shape the way we optimize commercial vehicle lifecycles, expand international channels, build strong market collaborations, and position TruckStore & BusStore as global benchmarks in the used vehicle market.

What you can expect

• Develop and manage strategic projects focused on business development, process improvement, and global integration for TruckStore and BusStore

• Prepare and deliver high-impact presentations and reports to executive committees

• Conduct domestic and international market analyses; identify new sales channels for used trucks and buses

• Build collaboration models with domestic and international business partners, customers, and trade representatives

• Lead financial planning, pricing analysis, budget tracking, and agency bonus calculations for the used vehicle business

• Coordinate cross-departmental project teams (Controlling, Finance, Legal, IT, Marketing) for end-to-end project delivery

• Ensure full compliance and operational continuity of used vehicle IT systems across the dealer network

That’s why you are a match

Required

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or Finance
• Proven ability to work in high-pressure, deadline-driven environments with multiple competing priorities
• Strong executive presence, comfortable presenting complex analyses to top management
• Advanced Excel and MS Office skills; experience with financial modeling and strategic analysis
• Fluent in English (required)
• Active driver's license; no travel restrictions

Nice to Have

• Fluent in German
• Customer-specific mindset.
