Spare Parts Order Management Specialist

Why you matter in this role

In this role, you ensure the seamless execution of our global spare parts export operations. By managing end‑to‑end processes, maintaining strong coordination with Daimler Truck AG, and securing full compliance with international trade regulations, you play a vital part in sustaining our global supply chain.

Your structured approach to monitoring KPIs, implementing corrective actions, and facilitating effective communication across teams directly strengthens operational efficiency and service reliability. With your contribution, we continue to deliver consistent, high‑quality support to our customers and partners worldwide.

 

What you can expect

  • Coordinating and developing end-to-end export business processes for spare parts,
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with Daimler Truck AG partners,
  • Coordinating logistics and export documentation in line with customs procedures.
  • Ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and intercompany contracts.
  • Tracking and coordinating delivery dates for each order, ensuring timely communication with Daimler Truck AG and internal teams
  • Monitoring and reporting KPIs such as supplier backlog ratio and customer backorder value.
  • Defining and implementing corrective actions to improve KPI results and operational efficiency.
  • Follow up on issued invoices and ensure timely payment.

That’s why you are a match

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, International Trade and Logistics, Business Administration or related departments.
  • Excellent English skills
  • At least 2 years of work experience
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Strong customer focus and setting up customer satisfaction as a priority with a proactive approach.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret KPI data and drive improvements.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • No travel restrictions.

Nice to Have

  • German is an asset.
  • Experience in supply chain, after-sales processes or export processes coordination is preferred
