What You Can Expect:

• Carrying out production support activities within the framework of quality, delivery, efficiency, and occupational safety targets
• Participating as a section/department representative in new product projects and other project activities
• Acting as a moderator, tracking topics, and reporting for periodic meetings held among Production, Development, Logistics, and Planning units Active participation in in-section SFM (Shop Floor Management System) and TOS (Truck Operating System) activities
• Performing personnel and efficiency calculations, and tracking budgets
• Conducting improvement studies and implementations for production processes and ensuring coordination with relevant departments
• Improving and developing of the quality processes
• Being part of identification and implementation of the requirements for digital transformation projects to be applied in production

That’s Why You Are a Match:

• Graduated from Mechanical, Automotive, Industrial, or Mechatronics Engineering departments, preferably with experience in production processes
• Good command of English and/or German
• Proficient in MS Office programs and willing to work on digitalization topics
• Analytical, detail-oriented, capable of taking responsibility and initiative
• Strong communication skills, focused on continuous improvement, and able to work actively in dynamic, interdisciplinary project teams
