What You Can Expect:

• Responsibility of automation and robotics infrastructure: Pneumatic and Hydraulic systems, robot applications in assembly lines
• Manages the maintenance, troubleshooting, and commissioning processes for tightening devices both pneumatic and electtric, conveyors, CETA BKA sealing, glass bonding systems, truck function test stations located in finish lines.
• Executing predictive / preventive maintenance activities of equipments in assembly lines: executing breakdown analysis, defining and implementing the preventive activities, preparing maintenance documentation and keeping them up-to-date, executing the spare part analysis and purchasing process
• New Projects development together with other departments as result of analysis of action plan to get assembly lines maintenance group targets
• Coordinate with internal and external parties to promote prompt troubleshooting and to determine an estimated time of completion on all maintenance
• Provides technical support for new investments and projects, guides in risk analyses, and is involved in the commissioning of facilities and equipment. Participates in necessary preliminary and final acceptance processes
• Organizes necessary external company training and ensures the transfer of this training to other personnel

That’s Why You Are a Match:

• Bachelor´s degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering or Automotive Engineering or related field of study
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar function
• Excellent written and spoken English/ or German
• High degree of initiative, independence, and decision-making ability
• Knowledge in KUKA robot programming and commissioning
• Knowledge in PLC programming and SCADA systems
• Experience with industrial control systems
