Our Working Area:

Our team is responsible for planning and application of flashing/ parametrization, calibration, testing and commissioning processes, which ensure high quality, faultless products and problem free workflow in truck production.  

We do not only identify the necessary parametrization/ testing scope but also plan and integrate the required equipment for the production line in alignment with our quality and feasibility targets.

We are a part of global Daimler Truck Planning Network and work together in close contact with interdisciplinary teams from DTAG’s and business partner’s locations. We participate in global projects and are global lead planners for various scopes.

What You Can Expect:

• Planning testing and parametrization processes in alignment with process partners from R&D, Production and Quality departments. Implementation of these processes in DTAG’s standard tool GTTT
• Planning of required test and parametrization equipment. Leading the implementation activities regarding timeline, budget, process reliability and related guidelines.
• Identifying, evaluating and fulfilling new needs and requirements caused by changes in vehicles or in test/ parametrization technologies.
• Conducting interdisciplinary fault analyses and elimination of complex problems related to vehicle electronics.
• Participating in mechatronics-focused projects.

That’s Why You Are a Match:

• Bachelor’s degree in electric/ electronic/ mechatronic engineering or mechanical/ automotive engineers with work experience in vehicle electronics. M. Sc. degree in electronic related fields is an asset.
• Strong technical understanding in commercial vehicle technology and preferably experience in vehicle production, testing/ parametrization/ diagnose systems
• Proficiency in English is mandatory; German language skills are considered a plus.
• Ability to work in a global team and intercultural competence
