What You Can Expect:


• Analyze the business needs and align business strategies with HR strategies: provide consultancy and support to the respective partner managers regarding HR systems, processes and policies, promote the use of the HR tools,
• Supervise the respective partner departments in all HR processes starting with recruitment, onboarding, compensation, training, development, performance evaluation, general HR issues, labor law, disciplinary topics and exit process, 

• Work on finding best fits into the organization, conduct the recruitment and onboarding processes for employees and PEP (long-term internship program): represent the company and respective departments in universities and job fairs in scope of employer branding activities,
• Conduct exit processes and interviews, lead disciplinary investigations when HR involvement is required

• Support capability building and Learning & Development activities for partner departments,
• Ensure performance and career management processes are executed in line with company guidelines,
• Support in conducting employee specific operational compensation and benefit related processes,
• Guide managers on organizational development, change management and team effectiveness,
• Coordinate workforce planning and monitoring activities aligned with company target 

That’s Why You Are a Match

• University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or Social Sciences,
• Excellent command of written and spoken English,
• Strong communication and consultancy skills, reliable, proactive and customer oriented, 

• High analytical thinking and problem-solving ability,
• Minimum 3 years of HR Business Partner experience,
• Familiarity with HR processes, systems and tools
