We conduct competency-based interviews to get to know each other better and assess your suitability for the position we are interviewing for.

You also get the opportunity to get to know your future role and responsibilities. Our preliminary interviews are conducted by the Human Resources Business Partner via phone, online or video interviews. Our first interviews are organized with our Human Resources Business Partners and relevant team managers.

They are not any regular update period. All job postings on our website are current positions in need of recruitment. In case any hiring requirement arises, postings for new job positions are published.

Candidates meeting the basic criteria (educational level, class year, foreign language proficiency, school department, etc.) listed in the post undergo a certain and standard evaluation process. Afterwards, candidates who successfully complete the submitted test and interview processes are included within the scope of our internship programs. It is useful to carefully read the information and details contained in the post and application steps.

Our PEP Long Term Internship Program application period is between January and March of each year. We accept applications for the Summer Stars Mandatory Summer Internship Program throughout March. You can follow all internship application periods on our website and social media accounts.

We provide such facilities as training, transport, catering, clothing, etc.

Based on your department, you will receive training on various topics such as Robotics, Hydraulic and Pneumatic Systems, Metrology, Electromechanics, PLC, Automation, Welding Technique and Simulation, Metal Technologies, Assembly Stages, Tightening/Torque Technique, Painting Technique and Simulation, Production Technique, Technical/Mechanical Drawing, and Workbench Information.
Our interns studying in a technical department receive theoretical and practical training related to their departments during their internship period.
