We use different assessment tools in our recruitment processes depending on the requirements and level of the position applied for.
Our candidates who apply for different vacancies may experience different tools such as general aptitude test, personality inventory, English/German foreign language tests, case studies and assessment center practices during their recruitment journey.
Interview

We conduct competency-based interviews to get to know each other better and assess your suitability for the position we are interviewing for.
You also get the opportunity to get to know your future role and responsibilities. Our preliminary interviews are conducted by the Human Resources Business Partner via phone, online or video interviews. Our first interviews are organized with our Human Resources Business Partners and relevant team managers.
