What You Can Expect:

• Carrying out production support activities within the framework of quality, delivery, efficiency and occupational safety objectives,
• Active participation in departmental SFM (Shop Floor Management System) and BOS (Bus Operating System) activities,
• Taking part in special vehicle groups, new product projects and other project activities as a department representative,
• Actively participating in digital transformation projects in production, coordinating with relevant departments as an expert,
• Making workforce and productivity calculations, budget follow-up,
• Making studies and applications for the improvement of production processes, ensuring coordination with the relevant departments Continuous improvement of processes through cooperation with relevant / supporting departments.
• Carrying out production support activities within the framework of quality, delivery, efficiency and occupational safety objectives,

That’s Why You Are a Match:

• University degree in Electrical-Electronics, Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering.
• Preferably with work experience in Production, Production Technologies, Job Preparation, Development and Quality departments,
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and/or German,
• Having leadership behaviors, successful in presentation skills and human relations,
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office and SAP, willing to work on digitalization issues,
• Analytical, detailed, able to take responsibility and initiative,
• Good communication skills and a focus of continuous development, able to work actively in dynamic and interdisciplinary project team
