Our team plays a critical role in driving operational excellence. In this role, you ensure the right balance between capacity, materials, and timelines, enabling production to run smoothly, efficiently, and sustainably. Every plan you create and every decision you support directly impacts production performance, costs, delivery reliability, and customer satisfaction.
Your contribution matters because you proactively analyze processes, anticipate bottlenecks, and optimize resources across the production flow. By working closely with manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and engineering teams, you translate strategic objectives into effective and executable production plans.
In short, your work ensures that production does not just happen as planned—but happens smarter, faster, and more competitively. Your insights and planning expertise are key enablers of the company’s growth and long-term success.
What you can expect
- Integration of eDrive vehicles into existing production, ensuring efficient production flows alongside ICE vehicles.
- Responsible for the technical integration and validation of high-voltage (HV) propulsion systems and low-voltage (LV) electrical architectures commissioning processes.
- Responsible for production process planning activities for pre-assembly, assembly and commisioning of HV-components.
- Development of an optimum and safe HV-commissioning concept based on the new vehicle types
- Responsible for defining the framework and technical documentation for HV activities on vehicle based specifications including task classification, work environment conditions, and corresponding instructions for process flow.
- Create manufacturing BoMs and prepare work plans.
- Identify production equipment and fixtures; support their commissioning; define workflows; and create or update layout plans.
That’s why you are a match
Required
- Preferably Engineering degree in E/E or similar fields.
- Proficient in English.
- Knowledgeable in HV systems
- Good computer skills (MS Office applications).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- No restriction on travel
Nice to Have
- Proficient in German
- Successfully completed technical studies with work experience in the automotive industry
- Familiarity with international, cross-location teamwork.
