What You Can Expect:

• Conducts on-site inspections to ensure that the service quality offered in the MBT Turkey Aftersales network meets Daimler Truck AG / MBT standards.
• Ensures that any deficiencies are addressed and necessary actions are taken.
• Monitors the infrastructure of the authorized service network, including service processes developed by Daimler Truck AG and MBT, service marketing, workshop organization, special tools and equipment investments, and human resources management.
• Encourages the use of MB Original Spare Parts.
• Supervises and supports improvement efforts to help authorized services meet annual and monthly targets.
• Monitors workshop performance to facilitate efficient personnel utilization and enhance operational profitability.

That’s Why You Are a Match

• Bachelor's degree in related Engineering fields
• Excellent English skills (German is an asset)
• At least 5 Years of work experience in Sales or Aftersales departments,
• Strong coordination with internal business partners and excellent communication skills with dealers, Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications,
• Having customer-oriented mindset, strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
• Having excellent negotiation skillsand presentation skills,
• No obstacle for travelling all cities of Turkey
