Job Description

• Responsible for used vehicles systems and interfaces
• Maintain strong communication channels with internal customers and partners
• Knowledge of key IT priority topics: Cloud & DevOps, APIs, Java applications
• Determine, implement, and evaluate business metrics to meet ongoing organizational or customer information needs using related tools
• Design and develop solutions to business problems, or define, analyze, and document business requirements
• Responsible for the delivery of all IT solutions and services to the business; create technical and functional documentation
• Develop IT concepts and architectures based on Truck & Bus strategic guidelines
• Conduct global cyber security follow-up and ISO coordination for sales domains
• Collaborate on business process improvement initiatives, working in conjunction with other departments and consultants, using process improvement methodologies and project management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology Management, or similar disciplines
• Capable of working with international teams and a good team player
• Experience in customer-focused and aftersales process analysis
• Fluent in English and/or German
• Strong knowledge of IT project management, system architecture, and application and database structure
• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to deal with complex problems and find a win-win solution, and willingness to lead and take initiative
