Are you ready to be part of our global team to keep the world moving?

• Be responsible for sales, aftersales, and used vehicles systems and interfaces, ensuring stable and effective IT support for business operations.
• Act as a key point of contact, maintaining strong communication with internal customers, partners, and international teams.
• Analyze business needs and design, define, and document business and functional requirements.
• Design and develop solutions to business problems, aligned with Truck & Bus strategic guidelines.
• Deliver IT solutions and services end-to-end, including technical and functional documentation.
• Work with modern IT topics such as Cloud & DevOps, APIs, and SQL.
• Determine, implement, and evaluate business metrics to support organizational and customer information needs.
• Manage the budget related to responsible applications.
• Develop IT concepts and architectures in line with global strategies.
• Coordinate and follow up on Global Cyber Security topics and ISO processes for sales, aftersales, and marketing domains.
• Collaborate on business process improvement initiatives, working closely with other departments and consultants using project management and process improvement methodologies.
• Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities to increase efficiency and strengthen a Lean culture.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology Management, or a related discipline
• Experience in business analysis, system design, and IT project environments 
• Solid understanding of IT project management, system architecture, and application/database structures
• Experience in customer-focused and aftersales process analysis is plus
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to handle complex topics and find win-win solutions
• Willingness to take initiative and lead when needed
• Ability to work effectively with international teams and diverse stakeholders
• Fluent in English

• Experience with Cloud, DevOps, API-based architectures, and data-driven solutions
• Background in process improvement or Lean methodologies
• Experience working in global or matrix organizations
• Familiarity with cyber security, ISO-related processes, or compliance-oriented environments
