What You Can Expect

• Act as the single point of contact for connectivity applications, including
  Fleetboard, Uptime, TruckLive, TruckPoint and OmniPlus On
• Coordinate and execute product and pricing processes for connectivity applications in close cooperation with DTAG
• Coordinate dealers for all connectivity-related operational processes
• Manage the customer inquiry resolution process for connectivity-related topics and issues, coordinating resolution processes with HQ partners
• Coordinate third-party partners (e.g. Protohub, Cocus, Turkcell, etc.) for database management and SIM card activation/deactivation processes
• Conduct on-site customer visits for connectivity systems when required

That’s Why You Are a Match

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or a related field
• Fluent in English (German is a plus), with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions, preferably with direct customer contact
• Proficient in MS Office applications; advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel
• Holder of a valid Class B driving license with no restrictions for local or international travel
• Passionate about working in a dynamic, cross-functional environment
• Self-disciplined, proactive, motivated to take initiative and eager to develop professionally
• Target-oriented mindset with a strong “let’s do it” attitude, capable of multitasking across both operational and strategic goals
