What You Can Expect:

• Setting and monitoring dealers' qualitative and quantitative sales targets
• Enhancing dealer sales performance and assisting dealers to achieve their target
• Providing necessary information and sales instruments for dealers' customer negotiations
• Planning regular field visits to measure, monitor and report sales performance
• Obtaining information about the Intercity Bus Market and reporting systematically
• Supporting team manager about bus production planning by providing marketing insights and analysis
• Providing instant information flow regarding market developments, product information, pricing, marketing communication activities by acting as a bridge between the dealer and MBT

That’s Why You Are a Match:

• Bachelor degree preferably in Business Administration, Economics or Engineering
• Strong communication, negotiation, problem solving skills with customer focus and analytical mind
• Highly self motivated and ready to give energy and synergy to the dealers
• Able to represent MBT with strong marketing skills
• Fluency in English (German is a plus)
• Good command of MS Office applications
• Have no obstacle to travel intensively .
