Job Description
- Managing international IT service as an extended CoC for global CoC’s at Sales & Aftersales
- Ensuring the Collaboration Strategy, defining effective & efficient collaboration models between the MBT Istanbul and the CoC teams in Germany and keeping it sustainable
- Enhancing the collaboration models on demand
- Building up knowledge and capabilities, defining the tasks and goals of the eCoC Truck Team employees according the collaboration strategy which is concerted with the CoC teams ensuring crucial knowledge and capabilities are built up internally
- Defining & aligning KPIs with the IT leadership team to measure the progress and defining appropriate countermeasures in case of significant deviation. Those KPIs will reflect human resources, costs, timeline, transition plans and quality aspect
- Being stakeholder and responsible for communication management with respected global CoC departments
- Providing high quality documentation and ensuring the know-how
- Ensuring appropriate use of IT project management tools, governance, processes, policies and methodologies
- Leading and developing a team with 2 units in total about 20 employees, being responsible for development of employees & team
- Leading the employees at Istanbul location through goals, levels of achievements, management of communications, quality gates and escalation management. Transfer of know‐how and competencies, as well as organizational development and improvement of processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business informatics, Computer Science or Business Engineering with a solid IT education, or similar disciplines
- Fluent in Turkish, English, German is an asset
- Minimum 8 years working experience, within minimum 4 years of management experience will be an asset
- Experienced in IT solutions development and knowledge on SAP technologies and agile solutions, System design (System Engineering) and software development methods
- Experienced in IT project management, additional background of development expertise with IT tools
- Hands on experience in business processes of operations (Sales & Aftersales)
- Ability to establish and/or enhance a system in line with best practice standards
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, required for interaction with wide range of stakeholders
- Capable to work in a multicultural environment and with international teams
- Being a team player, strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Capability to work with strict deadlines
- No obstacle for frequent/long travelling domestic and abroad
