What you can expect

• Manage end-to-end learning and development processes
• Conduct training needs analysis and support annual training planning
• Coordinate internal and external training programs
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and HR teams
• Track training effectiveness, participation, and related KPIs
• Contribute to digital learning and employee development projects

That’s why you are a match

Required

• Bachelor’s degree from a relevant field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Learning & Development
• Good command of English
• Strong stakeholder and project management skills
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills
• Proactive, organized, and solution-oriented mindset
• Proficiency in MS Office tools, and Learning Management System (LMS) preferably Oracle HCM

Nice to Have

• Experience in a corporate and matrix organization
