Personnel Planning and Controlling Specialist (Fixed-Term Contract)

What You Can Expect:

 

We're looking for Personnel Planning and Controlling Specialist, who will work with fixed-term contract (until 31.01.2026).

  • Coordinating and consolidating white- and blue-collar FTE (headcount) planning for all Daimler Buses locations in contact with local HR responsibles, division responsibles as well as Daimler Truck HR planning department,
  • Monthly direct workforce reporting for the Operations and Quality departments at Daimler Buses GmbH, including a 10-year projection, which forms the basis for strategic management decisions,
  • Tracking FTE development as well as the key drivers of change (personnel measures) on a monthly basis and compiling of the expected actuals and operative planning for the relevant Daimler Buses departments once a year,
  • Workforce reporting for all Daimler Buses locations worldwide, including monthly FTE development, personnel lists, year-end reporting and ad-hoc reports (monthly/quarterly/annually),
  • Being responsible for personnel controlling through external hiring requests within Daimler Buses

 

That's Why You Are a Match:

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or in related fields,
  • Fluent both in German and English (regular meetings and teleconferences in German/English),
  • 1-3 years of experience in similar area,
  • Expert knowledge in MS Office tools, especially in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint,
  • Ready to work in an international team,
  • Analytical thinking, target oriented, proactive,
  • Strong communication skills
