Why you matter in this role
By joining our team, you become the technical force behind an application used across six international production plants. Your expertise helps streamline operations, strengthen digital workflows, and ensure secure, reliable systems that keep bus manufacturing running smoothly.

What you can expect:
• Take full technical ownership of a global application used in bus production across 6 international plants.
• Virtually lead and guide internal and external software developers during Agile Scrum ceremonies using DevOps methodologies—while also contributing directly to the codebase.
• Translate functional requirements into clear, scalable technical designs.• Architect, design, and lead the implementation of new backend and frontend solutions.
• Ensure N-level support and manage problem resolution together with the India-based development team.
• Safeguard application information security and engage actively in all phases of the software development lifecycle.
Thats Why You Are a Match:
Required
· Experience in backend development of .NET applications.
· Experience in frontend development (Angular knowledge is an asset).
· Experience with automated testing in software development.· Proven ability to provide technical leadership to multi-site development teams and deliver results.
· Experience (certifications are a plus) in Agile and DevOps methodologies.
· Understanding of complex system architecture, design, and development.
· Curiosity for modern development approaches and passion for building robust digital solutions.
Nice to Have
· Experience in DevOps practices and tooling.
· Background working with large-scale, multi-component enterprise systems.
