Long Term Internship Program (Students with Disabilities)
As Mercedes-Benz Türk, our PEP INclusive long-term internship program, which offers students with disabilities the opportunity to experience business life, is starting!
Our PEP INclusive internship program allows students to gain experience in areas they are interested in and where they see potential. Students are given the chance to discover their own talents and interests. During their 12-month internship, our interns have the opportunity to showcase their talents through assigned projects and gain significant experience in professional business life.
During their internship, PEP IN interns can participate in various activities such as case studies, mentoring sessions, career talks, and project presentations. Upon graduation, interns who successfully complete the program have the opportunity to pursue a career within Mercedes-Benz Türk.
Applications for the PEP Long-Term Internship Program open every year between January and March.
Applications for the 2024-2025 PEP Long-Term Internship Program are closed. Applications for the 2025-2026 PEP Long-Term Internship Program will begin between January and March. If you want to take your place in the PEP team, keep following us!

Online Application:
You can apply to PEP online between January and March.
Foreign Language Test:
Once your application is accepted, you can take the language test we will provide to measure your proficiency.
Interview:
We look forward to getting to know you better through an interview conducted by our team focusing on your skills and interests.
