Summer Stars – Compulsory
Summer Term Internship Program
Every year during the summer term, we offer internship opportunities to students studying in the relevant departments of 4-year universities and who are obliged to do internship. With this program, we aim to support students who join our company for 6 weeks to start their careers by providing them with the opportunity to apply their theoretical knowledge in practical life.
We offer many experience opportunities such as mentoring interviews, factory tours and trainings on various topics to our interns who join our teams for 6 weeks at our campuses in Aksaray and Istanbul. In this way, our intern students can step into the business world after graduation in a more prepared and knowledgeable way. Our Summer Stars interns complete the program with their presentations on the projects they worked on during their internship.

Fatmanur's Experience
As an Industrial Engineer, I did my summer internship at one of the largest production facilities I have ever seen. The Summer Stars internship program allowed me to get to know the company and its culture in a short time.
Before my Summer Stars process started, the Human Resources team and my internship supervisor guided me at every stage. From the first day, I met the team and was warmly welcomed, which helped me feel like a part of the team.
During the 6-week Summer Stars program, I learnt many things and gained experience in many areas where I can add value by taking spontaneous action. I would like to remind all candidates who want to take advantage of this opportunity that applications will be open in March.

Application Steps for
Summer Stars Internship Program
Online Application:
You can apply for Summer Stars program online throughout March.
Video Interview:
You can record a video of yourself answering questions through the application system.
Foreign Language Test:
When your application is accepted, you can solve the language test we will send to measure your foreign language ability.
General Abilities Test:
You can complete the test we will send to your e-mail to evaluate your general skills.
HR Interview:
In the interview conducted by our Human Resources team, we expect to get to know you better with your skills, interests and experiences.
