Long Term Internship Program
As Mercedes-Benz Türk, we have been offering our PEP (Professional Experince Program) long-term internship program, which offers university students the opportunity to experience business life while they are still students, since 2002. PEP opens its doors to young talents who are in their final year at universities or graduate students.
Our PEP internship program allows students to gain experience in areas they are interested in and see potential in. Through assessment centre applications and inventory assessments, students are given the chance to discover their own talents and interests. During their 12-month internship, our interns are given the opportunity to showcase their talents with the projects assigned to them, as well as the opportunity to gain important experience in business life.
During their internship, PEP interns can participate in various activities such as case studies, mentoring sessions, career talks and project presentations. After graduation, our interns who successfully complete the program have the opportunity to pursue a career at Mercedes-Benz Türk.
Applications for the PEP Long-Term Internship Program are opened between January and March every year.

Sıla's Experience
When I was in secondary school, I saw a photograph of a Turkish female engineer leading a team in Germany.
For me, this photograph was a sign that Mercedes-Benz Türk symbolised success. This memory reminds me that the Mercedes-Benz star will always be representing success for me.
When I was a PEP intern, my manager gave me different tasks, allowing me to see the functioning of the department from a broader perspective. In this way, the experiences I gained as an intern helped me a lot in my transition to my new position.
In addition to the responsibilities assigned during my internship period, being supported with various trainings to develop technical and social skills further increased my commitment to the company.
İbrahim's Experience
My Mercedes-Benz Türk adventure started in the Bus Development department with my PEP long-term internship.
During my internship, I took part in the design and process follow-up of all scopes including interior furnishing in current vehicles and project vehicles.
In the first months of my internship, I learnt that I could do my school graduation project on the vehicles we developed. With the support of my manager and team, I completed my graduation project on interior ambient lighting in buses. While achieving useful results at the end of my graduation project, I also had the opportunity to acquire competencies in different fields. After completing school, it was time for my career.
Since the first day of my internship, I was sure that I wanted to continue as a part of this great team that made me feel valuable and that I enjoyed working with. The fact that many of our friends in the company joined the teams from the PEP internship accelerated my adaptation process.
Application Steps for
PEP Long Term Internship Program
Online Application:
You can apply to PEP internship program online between January and March.
Foreign Language Test:
When your application is accepted, you can take the language test we will send you.
General Ability Test:
You can complete the test we will send to your e-mail to evaluate your general skills.
HR Interview:
In the interview conducted by our Human Resources team, we expect to get to know you better with your skills, interests and experiences.
Assessment Center:
Finally, you can come together with our different candidates in an assessment center process and complete it with a case solution.
