Our Human Resources Department adopts a value-oriented vision by focusing on employee experience and digitalization. It develops strategies and processes that create added value for our candidates, colleagues, potential future job applicants and society. Our main responsibilities include placing the right people in the right positions, identifying talented employees, encouraging employees to develop in various fields through rotation programs, evaluating the performance of employees and supporting their development through effective performance management systems, career planning and maintaining long-term, productive collaborations with our colleagues. In addition, we contribute to the career development of young people through programs that train the talented employees we need to train the workforce of the future.
