Research & Development
Our Bus and Truck Development Departments at Mercedes-Benz Türk Aksaray and Hoşdere R&D Centers are responsible for developing products and solutions for Türkiye’s bus and truck markets, making the necessary improvements throughout the life cycle of the products, supporting manufacturers to increase the use of domestic parts, and managing manufacturing in terms of product technology.
At our R&D Centers, we provide engineering services to production and development locations around the world as an authorized member of the global development network of Daimler Buses and Daimler Truck AG. Our development teams are increasingly assuming responsibility in the global development network, working with a team of experts at every stage of development projects, from vehicle concept to construction, CAE calculations to testing.

Kamilya’s Experience
I am very excited about the opportunity to contribute to different product projects by taking part in the cooling systems projects of our vehicles produced in both our Türkiye and Germany plants and planned for the future with a global responsibility approach. This develops me both technically and professionally and I constantly find myself involved in new and important projects.
Being a part of the Mercedes-Benz Türk team, together with many colleagues from different countries working in various roles and responsibilities, allows me to enrich myself not only technically but also culturally.
