Information Technologies

Our Information Technologies Department (IT) plays a key role in increasing the efficiency of Mercedes-Benz Türk's IT and securing its competitiveness. It optimizes business processes, provides support to business process owners, and designs and develops processes for the most effective use of IT. It digitizes many of our processes, including production, making things easier and reducing the use of resources. It also ensures that the IT Strategy is aligned with Daimler's Information Technology Management (ITM) and business strategy.

It provides system and process support for truck and bus production processes within Mercedes-Benz Türk. In addition to local services, they also take part in projects realized at Daimler Truck & Bus locations in different countries around the world. They contribute to global projects in different countries such as Germany, Brazil and Mexico.

Volkan’s Experience

It is a great pleasure for me to work in the field of Information Technologies at Mercedes-Benz Türk, to take part in international projects and to have the opportunity to work in project groups with employees from different countries.


As a computer engineer, I completed my master's degree in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. In this field, where I gained expertise in our company, I had the opportunity to work on projects related to chatbot and deep learning algorithms, including PEP interns.

At Mercedes-Benz Türk, I have the chance to develop my "Predictive Maintenance with Artificial Intelligence" project at the Incubation Center, where innovative ideas come to life. I successfully carry out this project with the support of my managers, mentors and colleagues.

Being in an international, technological, innovative and innovative working environment where ideas are encouraged every day brings new experiences to me.
